Service Description

Trade Day is the next big step in bringing your project to life. This is when we bring in our trusted contractors and trades to walk the space, gather measurements, and get eyes on every detail. You’ll only need to be home at the beginning to meet the team and get a feel for who will be working in your home. From there, I’ll take over and handle the walkthroughs, questions, and measurements so you don’t have to spend the whole day on site. Trade Day ensures everyone is aligned on the scope and sets us up for smooth, accurate planning moving forward. Please allow a large window of time for Trade Day, as contractors and trades may arrive at different times throughout the day. You’ll only need to be present at the start to meet of each contractor and we will schedule this accordingly based on what works best for you, after that, I’ll handle the walkthroughs and measurements.
